WRC Safari Rally CEO Charles Gacheru led the Rally Security team for a courtesy call
to Wildlife Research & Training Institute Kenya Director/ CEO, Dr Patrick Omondi to
discuss logistics ahead of the 2024 Safari Rally Kenya, scheduled to take place from
March 28- 31, 2024.
The Institute hosts the Service Park, where all the action happens and is considered
the ‘nerve centre’ of the rally.
Further, areas of collaboration took centerstage during the meeting to ensure that
the Safari Rally is environmentally compliance and remains a memorable event for all
rally enthusiasts.
Accompanying the CEO were the 2024 Rally Security & Environment team lead by
State Department of Sports- Sports Secretary Evans Achoki.
Already, the Institute is a beehive of activities as the WRC teams prepare the
grounds for the most anticipated event in the calendar.
This years’ Safari Rally that will be flagged off at KICC, Nairobi is expected to
attracted a huge crowd of rally enthusiasts.
